变更

  • Brain 候选先写 SQLite WAL Outbox，再以独立 producer-bound HMAC 投递到 Bell
  • Bell 在单 PostgreSQL 事务中完成身份/隐私校验、平台 ULID、不可变事件与永久来源收据
  • 冻结 OpenAPI、稳定错误码、重试/死信/幂等语义，并补齐脱敏 Outbox 可视状态
  • migration 016/017 落实运行角色最小列权限，默认关闭且非回环强制 HTTPS

验证

  • ./init.ps1: 77 项根测试、30 项 Brain 测试，Sense/Bell generate/test/vet/build 全绿
  • ./scripts/test_postgres.ps1: PostgreSQL 17.10 隔离集群，001–017 两次重放、8 并发同源幂等、隐私拒绝、不可变性和权限验证通过
  • Brain compileall、跨语言 ingress 契约 4 项、三项治理基线与 git diff --cached --check 通过

STATUS RECONCILIATION

The merge endpoint created merge commit 47b91b691c on main (parents: b7fe44eeb0 and bd964e8831), but this Gitea instance left the PR database flag open after returning an empty response. Closing the already-integrated PR to remove the stale review item; no additional code change is involved.
