ilaandClaude Opus 4.8 6e69518742 feat(v1): latest-frame-only reader thread for low-latency RTSP

Adds _FrameGrabber which decodes in a background thread and keeps only the
newest frame; VideoSource drop_stale (STREAM only) returns the latest frame
so a slow consumer never builds a backlog. app enables it for streams.
REPLAY is unchanged. 82 tests pass.

Silver Pose 文档导航

Silver Pose 是面向固定机位大厅/走廊的本地摔倒事件演示系统；MVP 是 Python V1 的实时 RTSP 演示闭环。

../AGENTS.md：仓库级 agent 入口与安全边界。

文档维护规则

需求变化先更新 02-requirements.md。
模块、配置字段或事件语义变化先更新 04-architecture.md 和 api.md。
任务状态更新 06-tasks.md，真实执行证据追加到 ../progress.md，当前快照覆盖 current-state.md。
V1 通过事件级验收前，v2/ 不得进入功能开发。
