chore: 加入 episodes.json 校验与修正脚本
- scripts/validate_episodes.py：结构/字段/时间戳/音频对账等校验
- scripts/fix_episodes.py：重算统计字段、引号归一、去空白（自动备份）
- scripts/README.md：用法与已知数据缺口说明

docs: 用户表预留 course_id，记录多教材扩展点
- 04-architecture 3.2：progress/vocab 加预留列 course_id（默认 family-album），
避免将来接入新概念英语等时迁移用户数据；MVP 仅留列不写多教材逻辑
- 06-tasks：T-301 验收注明该预留列；待办池补"多教材接入"扩展点备忘

docs: 新增任务看板（AI 的 Jira）并配置 .gitignore
- docs/06-tasks.md：MVP 拆为 22 个任务 / 7 个 Phase，带依赖与验收；
强制"一次只做一个任务、做完即停"，避免一次生成整个项目
- CLAUDE.md：文档地图加入任务看板，并增加按看板单任务开发的规则
- .gitignore：忽略内容素材 family-album-usa/、Notion 导出 notion_docs/、
备份 *.bak、构建产物 *.wasm
