- 表格加返回列，三接口返回形态明确
- 修正 JKTJ00002 定位为某人全部体检查询（非按 id 单查）
- 校正 JKTJLIST00002 状态为实测可用
- 说明按体检编号取历史须查全部+本地过滤

- 纠正 T-304 一刀切 BLOCKED

- 成功码实测为字符串 "01"（docx 误写 "1"），判定按去前导零
- 查询类同走 uploadinfo 信封（baseInfo+manageInfo），非裸 baseInfo
- 三种机构码分层：18位统信码 / 9位机构码 / 12位区划码
- docs/04 新增 §8 JKDA00002 实测契约（请求信封+响应结构，已脱敏）
- docs/06 回填 A1~A9/B3/B6/C3/D2/D3 联调状态

- .gitignore: 补充项目特定忽略（config.yaml/logs/样本等）
- 随项目留存厂家 OSI 规范源材料（docx/xlsx，内部保密，仅限本私有仓库）
