[T-006] 完成 Sense 单实机与五路混合源集成验收

状态模型已补充 status/waiting（PR #18）：T-006 等待 T-001 与 T-003 均为 DONE，依赖满足前不得转为 status/todo。

[T-001] 完成指定摄像头型号准入验证

状态模型已补充 status/waiting（PR #18）：T-001 现准确表示为未领取、等待硬件条件，不占用 claim，也不进入 dispatcher 可领取队列。
