Admin：重新打包并增量部署最新版本到生产服务器

部署已完成并进入待验收。新版本已恢复上线，schema v6 缺失的任务创建人外键已按既有迁移定义补齐；完整故障恢复、验证结果、回退限制和归档提交见更新后的工单正文。归档提交：faf7a5c。
