- 06-tasks.md 新增 T-606（路由改造 + DownloadRelease 模型 + SSR 首页/下载页 + SHA256/版本）
- 02-requirements.md 新增「公开首页 + 客户端下载」P1 功能行
- progress.md 追加需求+决策记录；前期安装包放本服务器（Nginx 服务），external_url 预留后续切对象存储
